We are having the best time here in Costa Brava & reaally don't want to go home.⁣⁣

After being confined in an apartment in Madrid for months, and then not feeling safe to do much outside because the covid numbers were steadily increasing back up again, this has honestly been the reprieve our family desperately needed 🙏⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This morning we spent time soaking up the sun at the most gorgeous little beach, and later this afternoon we'll walk down to Plaja Canyelles for our daily tennis match on the beach. Afterwards we like to watch the sun set from our favourite spot on the sand.

Life is good, and I'm extremely grateful. ⁣
⁣

We're still hoping for the borders to stay open between Spain/France/Italy for our upcoming trip in a few weeks time 🙏⁣⁣

We booked a vacation home for a few days in the French Riviera and afterwards we'll be staying in Lake Garda for a week.⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
We will be doing a road trip to avoid airports because it feels like the right thing to do for our family. Are we apprehensive, definitely, but life goes on and the best we can do is to remain mindful and to remember the 3 W's: WEAR our masks, wash our hands REGULARLY & WATCH our distance 🤩⁣⁣⁣
