Pineapple Smoothie with yogurt and honey
In this post I show you guys how to make pineapple smoothie with only 3 ingredients: Tinned Pineapple, Yogurt and Honey. A healthy pineapple smoothie and so easy to make!
Easy smoothie recipe
This smoothie is super easy to make and is basically a pineapple smoothie (with pineapple ofcourse),yogurt and some honey added to it. I used tinned pineapple (without any sugars added to it) which I put in the freezer for a couple of hours. I also used the juice of the tin. To that I added 0% plain yogurt and a couple of tablespoons of honey.
Fruit smoothies for weight loss
The reason why I chose tinned pineapple without any sugars added to it, for my pineapple smoothie, is because I have been trying (hard – real hard) to get my body bikini ready for this summer. Basically, I have been replacing my breakfast and dinner with a fruit or green smoothie.
Ofcourse I´ve added more exercise to the mix and depending what day you ask me, I quite like it. I´ve always loved the way I feel (those feel good endorphins) after exercise and I love jogging on my treadmill. This time I added Taebo (I mute the TV because Billy Blanks drives me insane with his “come on” “push it” “work at it” -I mean come on Billy we are not all as fit as you!), Zumba (I love dancing), Weights and some serious butt exercises – too many squat positions to mention! *smile*
Pineapple Smoothie (not fat or sugar!)
Ingredients
- 1 big tin of pineapple, no sugar added (the juice too!)
- 500 ml (2 cups) fat free plain yoghurt
- 1 - 2 tbsp honey (optional)
- Ice

- Mix all the ingredients together in a heavy duty blender and enjoy!

Easy fruit smoothies for kids
This is a super easy pineapple smoothie recipe and is perfect for kids. My kids love it! Quickly made in a fruit smoothie blender (I use my regular blender and it works just fine). Just pop all the ingredients in the blender, pulse a few times and blend until you´re happy with the consistency. It takes about 2 minutes. How easy is that!?
Perfect for summer
Now imagine this pineapple smoothie with some added coconut milk (you can omit the honey if you want) for a piña-coco version (oe.la-la). Or.. for the adult version, add some white rum and you have your own, home made piña colada! YUM!
