How to get to Kaysersberg from Colmar and Strasbourg

From Colmar

By Car: Kaysersberg is about a 15-minute drive from Colmar. Follow the D415 road north directly to Kaysersberg.
By Bus: Bus line 145 connects Colmar Gare (the main train station) to Kaysersberg. The bus ride takes around 30 minutes.

From Strasbourg

By Car: It’s about an hour’s drive from Strasbourg to Kaysersberg, using the A35 motorway south to Colmar, then taking the D415 to Kaysersberg.
By Train and Bus: You can take a train from Strasbourg to Colmar, which takes about 30 minutes, then transfer to bus line 145 from Colmar to Kaysersberg.

The train from Strasbourg to Colmar is a regional TER service, with direct trains that take around 30 minutes. Prices typically range from €5 to €17, depending on the train and time of booking

The market takes place in Cour de l’Arsenal and behind the Kaysersberg church, immersing visitors in the historic town atmosphere.

This year, the market will be open on selected weekends:29 November – 1 December, 6 – 8 December, 13 – 15 December, and 20 – 22 December 2024.
