Speciality Hot Chocolate, four different Christmas flavors:
White Chocolate Peppermint, White Chocolate Peanut Butter Caramel, Dark Chocolate Orange Cinnamon and Chocolate Espresso Nutella!
Today´s recipe is all about Hot Chocolate.. delicious liquidy hot chocolate made with four different flavors..
Why do we love hot chocolate so much?
These are probably the best hot chocolates I´ve ever tasted and I´m pretty sure you guys are going to love these recipes!
Ingredients
- 150 g white chocolate
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 2 heaped teaspoons of crushed peppermint
- whipped cream for top
- more crushed peppermint
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 110g dark chocolate
- 3-4 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons rind
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- whipped cream for top + cinnamon + chocolate shavings
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (salted or plain)
- 100g white chocolate
- dash of vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- whipped cream for topping
- drizzle with salted caramel on top
- 2 heaped tablespoons Nutella
- 1/4 cup espresso coffee
- 2 cup low fat milk
- 50g dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon pure cocoa powder
- whipped cream + shaved chocolate to decorate
Instructions
- Start of with 2 cups of low fat milk for each flavor. Bring your milk to the boil and then add your ingredients for each flavor. Let simmer for 5 minutes while stirring regularly. Top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candy for the White Chocolate Peppermint flavor, cinnamon for the Dark Chocolate Orange Cinnamon flavor, a drizzle of salted caramel sauce for the White Chocolate Peanut Butter Salted Caramel one and then lastly chocolate shavings for the Chocolate Espresso Nutella! Enjoy!
Notes
1 batch is sufficient for a half liter / 16 fluid ounces jar / mug / cup etc

My goodness–I couldn’t choose just one to try! I love orange and chocolate together, and anything espresso, and I think it’s such a good idea to combine white chocolate with salty peanut butter. YUM.

I think if I had to choose one it would be the dark chocolate and orange with the hint of cinnamon and then I would struggle to choose the second…. xoxo
